2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and OTP. All activities under your account are your responsibility.

3. Product Information

We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or prices are error-free. Colors may vary due to screen settings.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only. QueKart is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or force majeure events.

6. Seller Obligations

Sellers must provide GST-verified, genuine products. QueKart charges 0% platform commission as a promotional offer, subject to change.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Infringing intellectual property rights.
  • Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools.
  • Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

QueKart's total liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Panchkula, Haryana.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
